Why Stack Date Matters
ראשית- מהו הבסיס האקדמי תיאורטי בכל הנוגע לשיתופי פעולה בין הורים לבין המוסד החינוכי, ובכדי להסביר נקודה זו נעשה שימוש בתיאוריות ומודלים שונים.
שנית, עבודה זו התבקשה להציג את השינויים ההיסטוריים בכל הנוגע לתפיסת תפקיד מעורבותו של ההורה בחינוך בנו במוסד החינוכי.
שלישית, עבודה זו התבקשה לציין דוגמאות שונות לשיתופי פעולה בין הורים לבית ספר שנגזרו מתוך מעורבות חיובית ושיתוף פעולה אשר עזר בפתרון הסכסוך בין הצדדים או חילוקי הדעות ביניהם.
רביעית ואחרונה- בחינת מעורבות ההורים (באופן הכולל עמותות חינוך שונות) בשינויים במערכת החינוך עצמה.
מסקנות העבודה:
התובנה הגדולה ביותר (לדעתי כמובן) אשר עולה מתוך החומר הינה הפער האדיר בין ההבנה לחשיבות מעורבותו של ההורה לבין קבלת מעורבותו בפועל על ידי המורים (בין אם בהסתמך על דיווח ישיר ובין אם על ידי תפיסת עמדותיהם באופן לא ישיר). השינויים המהותיים שחלו בעמדות המורים כלפי מעורבות ההורים, כמו גם בכלים שעמדו לרשותם הינם מהותיים ומעלים את הצורך בתכנית התערבות אשר תעניק למורים את הרצון והמוטיבציה לשתף פעולה עם ההורים ולקבל את מעורבותם בברכה.
יתכן כי הפער בהבנת החשיבות נובע במידה רבה (או משפיע על- הכיוון אינו ברור) מרמות אמון שונות בין הצדדים כאשר ההורים מעניקים אמון רב יותר למורים מאשר האחרונים מעניקים להורים. נתון נוסף אשר משלים את התמונה הינו כי תקשורת טובה ובריאה בין הצדדים משפרת את רמת האמון ביניהם באופן אשר בסופו של דבר משפר את ההצלחה הלימודית של התלמידים.
